Terms of Service

By accessing QuickSafe's services, you agree to abide by these terms and be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickSafe. If you do not agree to any part of this clause, you may not use our services.
1. Our Services
QuickSafe Services are transitory digital network communications services, which enhance internet security and privacy.
In order to use our Services on different devices, you must set up an account. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your account, with or without authorization, or who has access to any computer on which your account resides or is accessible.
QuickSafe allows a maximum of five simultaneous connections per account. That includes proxy connections, and each of them counts as a separate slot.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, QuickSafe grants you a non exclusive and limited license to download and use the software. It is prohibited to modify, distribute, decompile or use the software in any way without express authorization of QuickSafe. Without the written consent ofQuickSafe, you are not allowed to transfer any rights or obligations under the product or the terms of service. If you breach any material obligation under the terms of service, your rights under the terms of service will automatically terminate.
3. Payments
QuickSafe Services are subscribed on a service period basis. You choose the service period and the payment method yourself when you sign up for the QuickSafe Services. The QuickSafe app for any platform or operating system supported by QuickSafe can be downloaded free of charge.
Your service will automatically be renewed and your chosen payment method will be charged at the end of each service period, repeating the length of the previous service period, unless you decide to cancel your subscription for the QuickSafe Services.
4. Refund policy
If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within 7 days following your purchase of the QuickSafe Services. We seek your full satisfaction with our Services. However, we would like to troubleshoot an issue you experience first. There are common service configuration issues that may hinder the Services for you, and we resolve most user issues encountered.
Subscriptions purchased via the iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store are subject to iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. This means we cannot grant refunds if you purchased an app through iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store – you will have to contact store support for that. Payments made using prepaid cards or gift cards will not be refunded.
You have a right to cancel your account at any time. You can cancel a recurring subscription from your website profile, iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store. Canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
No refunds will be considered for accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.
5. Privacy Policy
QuickSafe is committed to protecting your privacy and will not collect or record browsing history and data content from users connected to our VPN. We only collect the information needed for the service. We place all information related to data collection in the so-called "Privacy Policy". Please read the privacy policy completely.
6. Use Policy
It is your responsibility to assess whether our applications or services comply with local laws and regulations. When you use it, you should abide by these terms and applicable laws, regulations and policies. QuickSafe provides the best service for all our users. Therefore, we ask you not to abuse our content or services. In order to protect the services from abuse or use to harm others, QuickSafe reserves the right to take appropriate measures when using our services in violation of these terms and applicable laws. You agree that QuickSafe can terminate your account.
When using our services, you agree not to:
· Send, publish or transmit any illegal content through the service; violate intellectual property rights; violate privacy; or incite violence.
· Upload, download, publish, copy or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary rights without the permission of the content owner.
· Attempt unauthorized access or connect to a computing device.
· In addition to legitimate purposes, services can be used for other purposes.
7. Third-Party Websites
QuickSafe may provide you with third-party content or links to third-party websites. QuickSafe are not responsible for the availability of content provided by third parties because they are not controlled or monitored by QuickSafe.
8. Disclaimers
The coverage, speed, and quality of VPN services may vary. QuickSafe always strives to make services available. However, due to many factors beyond our control, the service may not be available. We are not responsible for the loss of data, messages or pages due to irresistible factors, such as communication service or network interruption or performance problems. In order to protect users or services, we may add or use service restrictions or suspend services at our discretion.
QuickSafe reserves the right to investigate issues that we believe violate these terms. We may (but shall not be obliged to) delete, block, filter or restrict in any way any material or information that we consider to be in actual or potential violation of the restrictions set forth in this clause at our sole discretion without notice, and QuickSafe shall not be liable for any failure that we fail to prevent such information from entering your device.
9. Limitations of Liability
QuickSafe shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any failure or interruption of the service, or your failure to comply with this agreement, nor shall it be liable to any organization or other person in any form.
10. Indemnification
You agree to compensate QuickSafe or its branches and subsidiaries for the following reasons:
· any intentional or negligent act of any person other than the product supplier;
· combination, operation or use of the product and any device, device or software not provided by QuickSafe;
· all claims and expenses arising from the use of content and services (including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement).
For any matter you need to compensate, we can assume the sole right of defense and control at our own discretion.
11. Applicable Laws and Disputes
This clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, except for its conflict of laws rules. You agree to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the state of California to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of service or the products.
We strictly abide by the laws and regulations of each country or region, so you may find that your region or country does not provide our services.
